Construction Works

• Construction of the Rub Hall base from C20/25 concrete, reinforced with T131 structural mesh, dimensions of 10.40mx37.00m & of thickness 0.20m.
• Complete co-assembly of the Rub Hall according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Construction of the grid- metal construction of the Rub Hall compartments.
• Creation of internal partitions from plasterboard.
• Installation of a suspended ceiling made of mineral fibres.
• Painting of internal partitions.
• Supply, transport and installation of double doors at the front and rear entrances of Rub Hall.
• Supply and installation of external synthetic frames in the internal corridor with opening panels.
• Construction of fencing around the perimeter of Rub Hall.

Electromechanical Works

• Supply, transport and installation of (1) Rub Hall general distribution electrical switchboard.
• Supply, transport and install (6) electrical switchboards in the accommodation areas.
• Supply, transport and complete installation of all Rub Hall interior & exterior lighting fixtures.
• Electrical works for routing of all required wiring, installation of switches & sockets & connection of electrical appliances.
• Supply transportation & complete installation of equipment for WIFI coverage in Rub Hall & complete & proper operation of the system.
• Electrical certification of the installation & issue of an electrical installer’s declaration of responsibility.
• Supply, transport & installation of (11) split unit heat pumps.
• Supply, transport & installation of (2) solar water heaters
• Supply & installation of (3) septic underground watertight cesspools with a minimum net total capacity of 25m3.
