Construction Works

• Dismantling of floor tiling of all types, of reinforced concrete structures by applying continuous cutting techniques, of walls, of wooden & iron frames.
• Corrosion protection of reinforcement and surface repair of reinforced concrete elements.
• Application of a reinforced concrete mantle with a minimum thickness of 7 cm for C25/30 concrete structures.
• Construction of brick walls & partitions of common & fireproof plasterboard.
• Floor coverings with ceramic tiles & marble. Marble floor smoothing.
• Construction of a new tiled roof.
• Ιnstallation of new wooden frames & covers with double glazing.
• Installation of new wooden interior doors & wardrobes.
• Thermal insulation of facades, basement ceilings & floors in contact with outside air.
• Exterior & interior paintings of the entire building.

Electromechanical Works

• Complete installation of new sewerage, water supply, electrical, air conditioning, ventilation, fire detection & fire extinguishing networks.
• Supply, installation & commissioning of the cooling & heating system, which consists of (6) outdoor VRV units & (50) indoor wall & cassette units.
• Supply, installation & commissioning of the ventilation system with (6) air-to-air heat exchangers, with a flow rate of 2.000 m3/h each.
• Supply, installation & commissioning of a new lift for (15) people with the possibility of use by people with disabilities.
• Supply, installation & commissioning of a new fire-fighting pumping unit.
• Supply, installation & commissioning of a new solar thermal system. In order to fully meet the hot water needs during the winter season, a high temperature heat pump was also installed.
