Project Description

The following energy upgrades were carried out with a subsidy from the “Home Energy Savings Program”:

• Installation of a heating & cooling system with fan coils units & air-to-water heat pump units to meet the thermal & cooling needs of the residence.
• Installation works of external thermal facade & insulation of the roof.
• Supply & installation of a solar water heater to meet domestic hot water needs.
• Replacement of all frames with energy efficient ones.
• Ιnstallation of automatic KNX control devices for air conditioning, lighting, entrance, shade blinds and hot water functions.
