  • Successful Training in Emergency First Aid at Work

A certified training seminar on Emergency First Aid at work and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) was successfully held at the company’s facilities, on January 10, 2026. Protergon, respecting the value of human life, provided training to all employees, exceeding the legislative framework for Health & Safety (Law 3850/2010).

The training was conducted with exceptional clarity, conciseness, and simplicity by I.P. Bekios of the certified company FAST, whom we warmly thank for his practical advice and guidance.

All participants obtained the “Emergency First Aid at Work” certification from the internationally recognized Rescue Training International (RTI). At the same time, the company invested in medical equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Emergency First Aid Training Expected Benefits

Emergency First Aid training and the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) are not just a formal procedure, but a life-saving investment that offers multiple benefits for both employees and the company itself.

2. Legal Compliance and Protection

Exceeding the legal requirements and reducing legal liability in the event of an accident.

3. Psychology and Work Culture

Training gives employees confidence, composure, and methodicalness, guiding others as well.

Tangible recognition of safety and health for all employees, increasing satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Contribution to society by responsible individuals with the ability to provide first aid to their fellow human beings.
