A scheduled preventive check is carried out on the following systems / installations:
- Low voltage electrical installations
- Medium voltage electrical installations & substations
- Heating, ventilation & air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Fire fighting pumping systems
- Backup power generation pairs
- Megaphone installations system
- Plant / garden maintenance
In addition, the following are carried out:
- Regular inspections of the building infrastructure & preparation of relevant technical reports
- Certification of electrical installations in accordance with current legislation & standards
- Refrigerant recovery declaration in accordance with the applicable legislation

Includes all emergency visits to detect any anomalies or problems or failures of material & equipment & work to restore the good functioning of the facilities, systems & equipment, within the maximum response time.
It is worth noting that this service is available on a 24-hour basis, 7 days a week.

Includes works for the smooth operation of the bank’s branches, suggested based on preventive maintenance & inspections.
The above works also derive from the partial repair of an emergency fault or directly on the order of the bank’s engineer responsible.
