Our goal is to implement energy efficient bio-climatic buildings, with high quality indoor environment, respecting people and nature.
Adhering to our fundamental principles for the protection of the environment and the minimization of energy resources, we have focused on the design and construction of bio-climatic buildings.
In response to future developments, we have been certified as passive buildings designers/consultants by the Hellenic Institute of Passive Building (EIPAK).
Passive Buildings
What is a Passive Building?
The term Passive Building (or โPassive Houseโ) is a standardised term for buildings that are at the same time truly energy efficient, comfortable & economical.
Externally, a Passive Building is no different from a conventional building. Internally, a Passive Building combines a high level of thermal comfort and an excellent indoor atmosphere with very low energy consumption.
